Title: Healthy Aging: Live better, not just longer

Abstract: We don't stop playing as we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing! Healthy aging isn’t built in big moments, it’s built through small, daily habits. You don’t need a complete life overhaul, you need a better set of everyday decisions. In this presentation, I’ll share practical, evidence‑based strategies to help you eat well, move well, sleep well, and think well, so you can maintain health, independence, and quality of life as you age.

Date:

This Sport Workshop will run on Tuesday 3rd November from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm and include a tea / coffee break.

Venue:

We're delighted to be hosting this workshop at AUT Millennium, New Zealand's premier high-performance sport and aquatic centre. Home to High Performance Sport New Zealand and many of the country's leading sporting organisations, it offers a fascinating behind-the-scenes glimpse into the world of elite sport and performance.
