Presenter: Frances Valintine CNZM & Fee Webby - Co-founders of Love Heart
Title: The Changing Workplace
Abstract:
As technology and Artificial Intelligence rapidly reshape how we work, staying up-to-date has shifted from a nice-to-have to a core necessity. Today’s multigenerational workforce - spanning five generations under one roof must actively embrace lifelong learning to stay relevant and engaged. While we are used to formal education at school, university, or annual conferences, true learning shouldn’t stop there; keeping our brains cognitively challenged is essential for personal growth and long-term vitality. Maintaining independence and adaptability directly correlates with living well as we age, making continuous growth vital for both our careers and our well-being. Rather than passively adapting to change, professionals need the tools and mindset to co-design what the future of work looks like.
Join us for this interactive online workshop to discover how continuous learning can help you thrive in an evolving workplace.
In this supportive session, we will explore:
- Thriving Across Five Generations: Key strategies for navigating and contributing to today’s diverse, multigenerational workforce.
- The importance of Skills and Knowledge Transfer: Discover structured ways to pass critical skills, knowledge, wisdom, and fresh perspectives back and forth between early-career digital natives and experienced professionals.
- The Power of Lifelong Learning and Engagement: Learn how adaptable mindsets, flexible career pathways, and continuous learning beyond formal education keeps you independent, cognitively engaged, and thriving as you age.
- Embracing AI and Workplace Innovation: How rapid technological shifts are reshaping our roles, and how you can actively help design the changing workplace rather than just adapt to it.
