SESSION ABSTRACT: Healthy aging: Live better, not just longer - We don't stop playing as we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing! Healthy aging isn’t built in big moments, it’s built through small, daily habits. You don’t need a complete life overhaul, you need a better set of everyday decisions. In this presentation, I’ll share practical, evidence‑based strategies to help you eat well, move well, sleep well, and think well, so you can maintain health, independence, and quality of life as you age.
