Terms and Conditions

Promotion: Buy a ticket to the Annah Stretton Learning Lunch - A Life in Full: Curiosity, Contribution and the Courage to Keep Expanding with Love Heart and go in the draw to win a $200 Annah Stretton voucher.

Promotion period: 12:01 pm on 9 September 2026 to 11:59 pm NZST on 15 September 2026 inclusive.

1. Promoter

The promoter is Love Heart Social Learning ("Love Heart", "we", "us" or "our"), operated by Love Heart Limited, of GO2 /6A Nugent Street, Grafton, Auckland, 1023. Love Heart can be contacted at hello@heart.co.nz or +64 9 650 6500.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By entering this promotion, each entrant agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Love Heart may verify eligibility and compliance with these terms before awarding the prize.

3. Eligibility

The promotion is open to individuals who:

1 are resident in New Zealand at the time of entry and the draw;

2 purchase a paid ticket to the specified Annah Stretton Learning Lunch through heart.co.nz during the Promotion Period; and

3 provide valid, current contact details when making the booking.

Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Love Heart, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. “Immediate family member” means a spouse or partner, parent, child or sibling.

A qualifying ticket must be valid, paid in full and not refunded, cancelled, reversed, fraudulent or otherwise void at the time of the draw. Love Heart may require reasonable evidence to verify an entrant’s identity, New Zealand residence, qualifying purchase or contact details.

4. How to enter

Entry is automatic. An eligible person who completes a qualifying ticket purchase during the Promotion Period will receive one entry into the draw. No separate form, additional payment or marketing opt-in is required to enter.

Only the individual recorded as the purchaser in the qualifying booking will be entered. A person may receive only one entry, regardless of the number of qualifying tickets they purchase or transactions they make during the Promotion Period. A ticket purchased on behalf of another person does not create an entry for the attendee unless that attendee is also recorded as the purchaser.

Ticket prices, booking fees and other charges for the Learning Lunch will be the same as Love Heart’s ordinary advertised prices. Entry into the promotion does not cost anything additional beyond the normal cost of the qualifying ticket purchase.

5. Prize

There is one prize: a $200 NZD Annah Stretton voucher.

The prize will be supplied as a voucher that can be redeemed online and in participating Annah Stretton stores in New Zealand, subject to the voucher issuer’s terms and conditions. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Any purchase that exceeds the voucher’s value, and any associated delivery, return, insurance, travel or other incidental costs, are the winner’s responsibility.

The winner must comply with all terms, conditions and redemption requirements that apply to the voucher. Love Heart is not responsible for any inability to redeem the voucher caused by the winner’s failure to comply with those requirements, loss of the voucher after delivery, or a change to the voucher issuer’s operating arrangements.

If the stated prize becomes unavailable for a reason beyond Love Heart’s reasonable control, Love Heart may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, to the extent permitted by law. The prize is provided by Love Heart. Unless Love Heart states otherwise in writing, Annah Stretton is not the promoter of, sponsor of, or administrator of this promotion.

6. Draw and winner selection

The winner will be selected by a random electronic lottery draw from all valid eligible entries. The draw will be conducted by Love Heart on 17 September 2026 using a randomised selection method.

The draw is a game of chance. The first valid eligible entry drawn will win the prize.

7. Winner notification and announcement

Love Heart will contact the winner by email and/or mobile phone using the details recorded in the qualifying booking. The winner will be announced on 18 September 2026, after Love Heart has made reasonable attempts to contact and verify the winner.

The announcement may be made on Love Heart’s website, email channels and/or social-media channels. Unless the winner agrees otherwise, Love Heart will use only the winner’s first name, last initial and general region when announcing the result.

The winner must respond and provide any reasonably requested verification information within seven calendar days after Love Heart first attempts to contact them. If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, does not respond within that period, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize or is unable to accept the prize, Love Heart may withdraw the prize and conduct a redraw from the remaining valid eligible entries. Any redraw winner will be contacted in the same manner.

8. Privacy

Love Heart will use entrants’ personal information only to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the winner and deliver the prize, in accordance with Love Heart’s Privacy Policy.

Entering this promotion does not require an entrant to consent to marketing communications. Any marketing consent collected during the booking process is separate and optional. Love Heart will not provide the winner’s personal information to Annah Stretton unless this is reasonably necessary to deliver the prize or the winner consents.

9. General conditions

Love Heart may disqualify an entry that it reasonably believes is incomplete, fraudulent, manipulated, duplicated, submitted in breach of these terms or otherwise invalid. Love Heart’s decision on eligibility and the draw will be final, subject to applicable law.

Love Heart is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or unavailable entries or communications caused by technical failure, network interruption, incorrect contact information or other circumstances outside its reasonable control. Love Heart may cancel, suspend or modify the administration of the promotion if a technical failure, fraud, security issue, natural event or other circumstance beyond its reasonable control compromises the proper operation of the promotion. Love Heart will act reasonably and comply with applicable law if this occurs.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited, excluded or modified, including rights under New Zealand consumer law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
