Terms and Conditions

Promotion: Buy a ticket to the Annah Stretton Learning Lunch - A Life in Full: Curiosity, Contribution and the Courage to Keep Expanding with Love Heart and go in the draw to win a $200 Annah Stretton voucher.

1. Entry into the competition or promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and
conditions. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.

2. The promotion is open to New Zealand residents. Employees of the Promoter and any
agencies involved with this promotion, and the immediate families of such employees, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family includes the spouse, de facto spouse, child, parent or sibling.

3. The promotion commences at 12pm on Thursday 10th September, 2026 and closes at 11:59pm Friday 18th September, 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

4. To enter the promotion, during the promotional period the entrant must:

• be a resident in New Zealand at the time of entry and the draw;
• purchase a paid ticket to the specified Annah Stretton Learning Lunch through heart.co.nz during the Promotion Period; and
• 
  provide valid, current contact details when making the booking
  

5. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.

6. This is a one off competition and there will be one winner drawn under supervision on
Saturday 19th September, 2026.

7. Winners will be advised by phone call or email.

8. The prize is a $200 Annah Stretton Voucher with a value of $NZ 200 The prize is not transferable, changeable or redeemable for cash.
The prize will be supplied as a voucher that can be redeemed online and in participating Annah Stretton stores in New Zealand, subject to the voucher issuer’s terms and conditions

9. In the event that the prize is not collected within 30 days of the winner being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize under the original terms of the prize draw.

10. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any part of the prize that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.

11. In the event that the prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s
control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion decide to provide an alternative prize.

12. Neither the Promoter nor any other entity associated with this promotion will be
responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems or human error. The time entries are deemed to be made will be the time the entry is received, not the time the entry is submitted by an entrant.
